When you hire Savannah Mateyka you get an openminded, inclusive, and openhearted individual. She does her best in making space and capacity for all those who need, whether that be ideas in her work (constructive criticism is always helpful and needed!) or a safe space for some to vent and talk to, someone who is all ears and heart for their troubles. She understands that it takes a team to make it work so she’s all for team work and getting to know her co-workers. With what she’s learned, Savannah understands all aspects of the theatre and it’s different departments and with that understanding knows how to work well with all the departments equally.
